I grew up with John in Keeseville. He was always considered a friend you have in your teens and early twenties that you will never forget.
What can I say, there was a group of us that did everything together. Drinking before the dances, CYO basketball, Sunday morning bowling, Twa’s poolroom, and miles of riding around. A time we would all like to experience again. I will always miss the times we had not knowing how good they were. But knowing John is not around creates another missed time.

John John was like a Pops to me. We talked about any and everything. I Greatly Appreciate John! He has always been there for me and my family. He always believed in me, he pushed me to keep going. He always seen the good in people, and always have people the benefit of the doubt! He was so proud of his family. He loved his family and friends! John John was "LOVED" by MANY! HE WILL TRULY BE MISSED! I ALWAYS CALLED HIM "BOSS"! THE BOSS WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN! I LOVE YOU BOSS! S.I.P GOD'S ANGEL

I was neighbors to the Lawyer family growing up. I have such fond memories of John, his older sisters and the parents. They were so sweet and caring people. John was such a polite young man. I always picked on his younger sister Kim as she hung out with my younger sister Sue. I’m truly sorry to hear of Johns passing and will fondly remember the days when Kim, Debbie and Cheryl and other family were my neighbors.

I met John at work more than a few years back. During many late night chats we became quite good friends. It seems our conversations ultimately turned to our kids. John was so proud of his children and was over the moon when he became a granddad. He had the biggest heart and was so funny. He told so many amusing stories, I still laugh when I think of them. I haven't seen John in a long time, I guess I'll see him upstairs--fly HIGH John John!
