Obituary of Noel T. Hasslinger

Noel T. Hasslinger, 58, of Wynantskill passed away in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loving family and devoted companion Michelle Stimpson.

Born in Troy, he is the son of Arline (William) Welch and the late Paul Hasslinger who is survived by his wife Carolyn. 

Noel was a skilled craftsman, roofer, and carpenter until his illness would no longer allow, and was proud of his accomplishments. 

Noel enjoyed having fun, and making people  laugh. He loved sports, staying fit, singing, dancing, working hard, and playing even harder!  He loved Black Jack and would never miss an episode of Jeopardy! 

Noel was the father of Brenda Hasslinger, Kyle Hasslinger and Ian (Casi Palin) Hasslinger. Brother of Debbie (Pete) Lajeunesse, Carrie (Lee) Hardee, and step brother of Darlene (Mark) Ross, Michael (Bobbi) DeFilippis, and Mimi DeFilippis. He was the cherished grandfather of Elijah Hasslinger, Faith Hasslinger and Rian Hasslinger. He adored his niece Julia Lacey Lajeunesse and nephew Stephen Lajeunesse. Noel was predeceased by his brother Eddie Hasslinger. 

Family may call from 3:00pm, and friends from 4:00 to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at the Morris-Stebbins-Miner & Sanvidge Funeral Home, 312 Hoosick Street, Troy, NY 12180.
