Obituary of Stephanie Anne Herkenham (Mastropietro)

Stephanie Anne Herkenham (Mastropietro) 59, of Albany, entered into eternal life on Monday, October 2, 2023 at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany.

Born in Albany, she is the daughter of Elaine J. Hennig (Edward) Heffron of Albany and the late Edward C. Herkenham, Jr. She was a graduate of Mercy High School and studied for two years at Spencer Business Institute, both in Albany.

Stephanie was employed at Armory Garage in Albany.

She was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and the New York Jets and enjoyed  bowling in the St. Teresa of Avila Church Women’s Bowling League.

Beloved daughter of Elaine (Edward) Heffron and the late Edward C. Herkenham, Jr., loving sister of Michelle (Peter Sharp) Herkenham.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 3:00 p.m. at St. George’s Episcopal Church, 912 RT-146, Clifton Park, NY 12065. You are invited to join the family at a reception in Stephanie Anne’s honor in Hatlee Hall (the Church hall) immediately following her Funeral Service Friday afternoon.

Interment will be held on Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. at St. Agnes Cemetery in Menands. We will gather inside the cemetery gate at 9:45 a.m.
