Quiet Wisdom.
Forthright Honesty.
I was proud to serve with him in the National Guard and be a "Mail Service Warrior" with him.

I met Frank as a coworker who remained a very dear friend for many years. He was kind, empathetic, intelligent and interesting with a very good heart. The world has lost a beautiful soul who will be sorely missed.

Old Friend, Frank, we shared many a tour together with the 105 FA. and later with the Empire State Military Academy. You will be sadly missed for your leadership, wisdom, and patience. Most of all however, will be your friend ship. The weekends at Fort Drum, the long fishing weekends at the cabin, with our Army buddies, all so special now as we were the last. Rest in Peace, dear friend. You are in our prayers and in our hearts
