Obituary of Michael J. Sheehan

Michael J. “Mike” Sheehan, 48, of Central Avenue in Cohoes, died of natural causes, as the result of a heart attack, on June 25, 2024. Mike was born in Brockton, MA and was the beloved son of Mona M. (Bill) Jones and James (Tricia) Sheehan. He was a graduate of Brockton High School and Bryant College in Smithville, RI. He had lived in Clifton Park for over 20 years and recently resided in Cohoes. Mike was a self employed contractor and a Mr. Fix-it. He was an amazing father and dad. His whole life he lived for his sons. Known to be funny, crazy and most of all loving. He was loved by all who knew him. 

He is the devoted father of Max Sheehan and Sam Sheehan, who are survived by their mother, Taryn Sheehan; he is the step brother of Stacey Sheehan and Marie Sheehan; brother of Tim Sheehan; uncle of Ace Sheehan who is survived by his mother, Julie Mitchell; nephew of Tom and Ann Sheehan along with Rich and Kathy Trodella.
