Obituary of Peter R. Mochrie
Peter R. Mochrie, 71, passed away peacefully on Monday November 20, 2017 with his loving wife and brother by his side. Born in Amsterdam, he is the son of the late Donald and Maria Mochrie.
Peter was employed by General Electric as a Customer Service Manager for 29 years. He loved to spend time with his friends listening to 50’s music and was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox, New York Giants and Notre Dame Football. He also loved to travel the coast with his wife especially to Cape Cod and Maine.
Peter is survived by his wife of 28 years, Mary (Pacelli) Mochrie; his brother, Brian (Jackie) Mochrie; his nephew, Brian (Tiffany) Mochrie, Jr. ; his great-nephew, Christian Mochrie and great-niece Madison Mochrie.
Calling hours for Peter will be held on Tuesday November 28th from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Route 9 Clifton Park 12065. Following the calling hours a funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
