Obituary of Patricia M. Cahill

Patricia M. Cahill, 89, of the Vosburgh Trailer Park and formerly of Otego, NY died on Sunday August 11, 2019 at St. Peter’s Hospice Inn in Albany.  She was born on Dec. 27, 1929 in Jamaica, Queens and was the daughter of the late Henry and Rebecca Foltmann Sinnott.  She was a graduate of Catherine of Siena High School and the beloved wife of the late Thomas Edmond Cahill who died on August 23, 2016.   She loved to quilt and especially gifting these to her children and grandchildren.  She was a member of the Catholic Community in Otego. 

     She is the devoted mother of Thomas Edmond (Eva)  Cahill, II of Pataskala, OH, Michael Paul (Nina) Cahill of Southport, CT, Kathleen Mary Cahill of Halfmoon, Peter Markham Cahill of Northville, NY and the late James Shawn Cahill; She was predeceased by all of her siblings.

Grandmother of Thomas III, Jennifer, Kassandra, Christopher, Brittany, Michael, James Shawn, Emily, Michael Thomas, Patricia, Peter II and Mary

Great grandmother of Ainsley, Crawford and Beau; also survived by Leah Sinnott and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be held on Friday at 9:30 am from St. Edward the Confessor Church, 569 Clifton Park Center Rd. Clifton Park, NY 12065 where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.

Calling hours will be from 4-8 pm Thursday in the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9 Clifton Park, NY 12065

Interment will be in the Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville, NY
