Nancy: You may not remember me, but in 1970 I graduated Albany Law School and was fortunate to get a job with the Viger Law Firm. For the next 6 years I learned how to be a trial lawyer from Bob and Jim. Bob was as skillful a trial lawyer as any I’ve seen and very effective at communicating with jurors. He was highly regarded by judges and colleagues. More importantly, he was well-liked by all. He was an excellent teacher and I owe him much. My sincerest sympathy to you and your family. Jim Bendall
